Come join us now on Monday mornings at Capitol Hill Athletics in Burnaby for a invigorating fitness class. All fitness levels are welcome – beginner to advanced as we provide exercise options for various levels.
In the classes we focus on cardio training, strength training to improve muscle strength and tone, as well as core strength. There is a warm-up and a cool-down stretch at the end to leave you feeling refreshed and ready to conquer your day!
