Healthy Tip – Mint Ice Cubes

Chop up fresh mint,  put in ice trays, and then fill with water.


This comes in handy for using in shakes.

In addition,  if you need to up your water intake,  drop a couple mint ice cubes in your water bottle and guaranteed you will want to drink more water!

Mint is a healing herb.
– It is cooling for the digestive system
– Can soothe headaches and nausea
– Good for oral hygiene
And it adds a great fresh flavour to shakes
