Warm-up: Few minutes on a cardio machine OR 30 jumping jacks

 

1. 20 Jump Squats/Air Squats (for low impact)

2. 20 Push ups

3. 20 Prisoner Lunges

4. 20 V Sit ups (Best Ab Exercise)

5. 20 Lat Pulldowns or 20 Back Rows or Supermans on Hands & Feet
